Your body will reset if you let it
Have you considered trying a no alarm clock day?
By no alarm clock, I mean no:
- Alarm clock (ha, of course)
Essentially, no reacting to the outside world.
Then, with that free time, just do what you feel the impulse to do.
Eat when hungry, sleep until rested, take a nap if you need to, call someone at the moment, etc.
One of the coolest things about the human body is its ability to diagnose and deal with itself. Take a day out of the month and trust it.
