Let’s workshop together.

Do you have a workshop? I’d love to help co-facilitate. Are you looking to workshop?I’d love to help your team solve some problems. I have a few workshops available for teams that include:

  • Survival Metrics – Helping teams leverage strategy, data, and communication to make changes and make them stick
  • Strategy 101 – Helping teams understand how to understand and iterate on strategy.
  • Overcoming the 5 Deadly Sins – Helping teams operationalize strategy.

Eating well

I tried services, and I find I prefer my cooking and can do it much cheaper. That said – I need to get better at this. I need to learn how to batch cook, and do so regularly. In for advice, tips, and even Tupperware.

Introduce me to someone who puts on conferences [5 Minutes]

I’ve been speaking a lot lately on conference stages. Conference makers such as MindtheProduct/Pendo, Agile Alliance, and Product Collective use me regularly to speak about different topics (mainly Survival Metrics). I’d love to talk to folks who run conferences looking for speakers or just build a connection with them.
